residential, & Hotel/restaurant. Within these particular "industries" I have served in different capacities, such as: Project Manager, Superintendent/Supervisory, Facilities Director, Construction, Rehab/renovation specialist, etc
K&S Property Services
Upon witnessing a rapid decline of reliable, trustworthy, competent contractors (within the trades), I decided to start building "K&S"
After establishing some foundational principles, I structured the company (and a fleet of contractor's, and employees), to adhere to these guiding "principles"- To serve the customer, to always bring exceptional craftsmanship, and a strong work ethic, to every job performed. To illustrate a level of trust & loyalty to all our customers, that will far exceed their expectations!
